Dry Stuffing
Best made when turkey comes out of oven and rests so you can use turkey drippings
- Set oven to 350 degrees
- Tear or slice stale white bread into 1/2 inch pieces
- Chop one large or two small onions finely
- Grease/butter glass dish
- Add bread and onion into buttered glass dish
- Add two eggs
- Sprinkle on poultry seasoning
- Add a pinch or two of salt
- Dash of ginger optional
- Pour on a little turkey drippings or chicken broth
- Mix it all together with your hands
- Bake in oven for 30 to 35 minutes till edges are crispy
